Very beautiful decorated hotel in the middle of the city.
While the room was okay, I found it lacking in cleanliness, particularly the shower. The hotel staff was pleasant, but they didn't offer any recommendations for local attractions or dining, disappointing. There was also no complimentary drinking water in the room, which reminded me of a missed opportunity to make a good first impression.

Great staff, excellent location. They gave me a room with a balcony to the avenue that I liked very much, it is a noisy street at night, although they have double windows you can hear the noise a little, for me right, if someone does not want noise they should ask not to go to the Avenue. I found the shower excellent although the bathroom was not very modern. room was correct although the furniture looked a bit used. It seems to me that it has good value for money. breakfast is varied and of good quality and in a room with many tables. I will repeat my visit to this hotel when I need to go to Zaragoza.
The pillows weren't very comfortable. There was a lack of care in the cleaning of the room, although in general it seemed correct, but there were details that saw that it needed a little more care.

location of the hotel is perfect, next to the central market and 5 minutes walk from the Pilar. It is recently renovated, gives a feeling of cleanliness and good image. beds are comfortable and bathroom is quite spacious. Good breakfast for the price it has (cold cuts, juice, coffee, bread, pastries), not much variety but enough. staff that attends the breakfast is all kindness. Adequate cleanliness and spacious closet.
walls look like paper, you can hear a lot in the other rooms, outside and corridor, added to the bad manners of some Italians, may cause that you can not rest. breakfast area is too small for all the rooms there are, so crowds are formed at rush hour. Wifi is really bad, is not understandable in this day and age. soft pillows for my taste.

I requested a family room and one they made available to us had a double bed and two singles, is fantastic. In most establishments they put a sofa bed. room is very comfortable in terms of layout, wardrobes, modern bathroom.. It also has a double window to improve the soundproofing of the street. breakfast service is great. 5 the buffet service. Discount of 5? per day in the parking lot right in front of the hotel. Parking with availability of charge for electric cars on the 3rd floor. Of course, with the car's own charger. car park has free access, only the schuko plug. In my case perfect. I left the car charging at night.
The double window in the room, it didn't fit right. When one slat closed, the other one opened. The cushions of the bed were very flat. No brush in the toilet

It was just a decent option for exploring town in Zaragoza at a reasonable price. The hotel is dog-friendly, making it easy to take my furry friend along for walks by the river. Make sure to drop off your luggage close to the hotel before parking, as it can be a hassle.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I had booked a double room to begin with because there were no two beds left when I booked. I asked if they could give me one with two beds and they did. It was very nice. Very central hotel 5 minutes walk from the Pilar and although it is in a busy street at night is quiet. We were on the first floor and with the double glazing you could hardly hear any noise. Room of good dimensions and very clean. Very good breakfast, variety and very good quality. Natural orange juice, homemade jams, typical quality sausage, yoghurts, fruit, cereals, potato omelette... I was surprised that it was a two-star hotel. Public parking right in front of the hotel at the right price. I would repeat without hesitation. Good value for money in Zaragoza.
The person at the reception in the afternoon was not very nice. They are doing work in the building next door and on weekdays they start at 8, so for us it was not a problem.

Large and cosy room with big beds and full bathroom. Everything clean and well organized. Reception open 24 hours and friendly staff. Parking very close to the hotel and good price. Excellent location, only 5 minutes from Plaza del Pilar. Ideal to go with children and, in addition, they admit pets although I did not take pets but I think it's great.
we arrived, they didn't give us any sheet with the reception phone number, wifi key... they would have missed it because hours later we asked for it and they gave it to us without any problem. place where we have breakfast is very small for the large number of people staying at the hotel. we went down to have breakfast there was no room and we had to wait. Once inside, everything was very oppressive, hot, many people and tables very close together, you could hardly move. As the place was small and there were so many people, food ran out right away, you had to wait for them to restock and wait in line, sometimes you got up to get something and there was almost nothing left, little to choose from, little variety. Replenished but it was insufficient. For example, to take a juice you had to wait a long time, there were only 2 pitchers for many people, as they took juice at the time was over again and wait because it was only for a couple of people... nice and hardworking waitress was not enough, replaced immediately but was insufficient. Rooms were not soundproofed, all the noises from outside could be heard, including the snoring of the neighbours in the rooms.

Clean, very central, friendly enough and very good value.
Breakfast is pretty basic but it's in the price so who's complaining?

Central location, although the neighborhood is not at all very appealing... Clean room, and thoroughly cleaned every day. Parking rate was relatively low but that may be only our good luck. The free Internet was working fine.
The breakfast was, perhaps, the worse I'd ever had in years. If you have the chance to book without breakfast option than I would encourage you to do so and simply eat in your room or get your breakfast at one of the cafes outside. It was very basic, very limited, always the same -- whatever flakes and milk plus bread & butter with optional honey or jam. No meat, no eggs, no sausages whatsoever. No need to bother with it, no need to pay for it if you have the chance to choose. I would put an "yes" as a recommendation to other travelers but only taking into account the accessibility, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.
